DUBAI – Karma Kafé By Buddha-Bar, the multi-award-winning restaurant and lounge at the foot of the Burj Khalifa beside the Dubai Fountains, has unveiled a bold new à la carte menu.
Known for its fusion of flavour, artistry, and energy, the dining hotspot redefines the Pan-Asian Nikkei experience while reaffirming its position as one of Dubai’s most sought-after tables.
Crafted to captivate the city’s discerning diners, the refreshed menu showcases inventive small plates, sushi, and mains that balance heritage with contemporary flair. Highlights include the Truffle Tenderloin Tataki, featuring seared tenderloin with shiitake mushrooms and a soy-garlic glaze; the Salmon Miso Aburi Roll, topped with miso butter glaze and burnt lemon zest; and the Lobster Thai Curry, a rich coconut curry with mango and scallion oil.
For dessert, the Matcha San Sebastian Cheesecake delivers a distinctive finish with vanilla ice cream, pistachio crumble, and coconut white chocolate sauce.
